Custom Operations Projects

Tell me what’s messy.

No diagnosis needed

You don’t need to diagnose the problem before reaching out. We’ll understand what is happening and identify what support could be useful.

Defined project, honest fit

We’ll define a project when it is within my capabilities. Not every problem becomes a project—and that’s okay.

03 — About

Kaelin Chan

I’m a first-generation child of immigrants, and that experience shaped how I think about opportunity, growth, and the systems people are expected to navigate. I learned to ask questions, learn quickly, and find a way through unfamiliar problems.

In nonprofit operations, I saw that helping people does not always happen directly. Sometimes it means improving a process, organizing information, fixing a system, or making a complicated problem easier. My experience spans Google Workspace, Salesforce, data management, communications, organizational preparedness, and administrative projects.

I’m continuing to explore consulting and healthcare—work where practical improvements can strengthen organizations while keeping the people affected by decisions at the center.
